reporting on tl,e DC' R. We will make the clip age immediately to our spreadsheet and Our future
CiM R's will only shoe 1 place after the decimal. Also, from tl'iis point or', I will start recording our
yearly PT.sample on our bench sheets like I would a normal sample. Let me know if
tl-Js is acceptable.

Hi Jamie,
The corrections that show tip on the spreadsheets you submitted are acceptable. You have
to be specific on the others:
l_. Two decimals can pH reportin_go.
2. Do(_ umenting the PT sample in the same m anner as envirC)nYllf: ntaI :ziaYllples.
Since tliev are things you cannot actually document until they happen, you have to include
t _e implementation date (e.g. "From this point on we will...").
So, please respond accordingly on these two items and they will only be comments in the
report. Let ire know if you h ve any questions,
