1 . Proper instrumentation (instruments must be present at inspection)
2. Proper calibration and maintenance of instrumentation (all buffers and reagents must be
present)
3. Documentation of all calibration information
4. Documentation of required information for each analysis
5. Method and or Standard Operating Procedure accessibility and compliance
6. Data handling and storage
7. Documentation of annual curve verification for the chlorine meter
8. Documentation of any required temperature sensor comparisons to a NIST
certified/traceable thermometer, including the manufacturer's certificate for the NIST
thermometer
9. Proper labeling of applicable meters and/or thermometers with the date of comparison
and temperature correction factors
10. Automatic Temperature Compensator (ATC) check documentation of conductivity meter
11. Documented traceability, from analysis to manufacturer, of both purchased and prepared
standards, reagents and consumable supplies
