Linda, thanks for the clarification. We should be able to absorb the cost for these supplies with Appropriations. When
there is funding available, if we get additional funding, we will work the cost differences out at that point.
We are able to restock sample containers and preservatives using our blanket PO for Scientific Supplies per STC 493A.

VVeare hoping toget funding, but none has been provided yet. Jay indicated vveshould use the permitting fees, which

sampling activities. Since this is related to a permitted facility receipts would be the best fit. Appropriations is

We have been sending out our routine testing materials to Fayetteville and Wilmington for the interim GenX testing. |
didn't consider that I was depleting our in-house sampling supplies and that these bottles will be tied up for a period of
time without cycling back through the lab. At this point, we are getting dangerously |ovv in bottles and nitric add
preservative. Would it be possible to use some of the contract laboratory testing funds to replenish our testing supplies
until the contract lab isinplace?
| asked Joy toprovide pricing for these materials. | think xvewould need about 4cases ofbottles and 4cases ofthe
nitric acid preservative to replace what we have and will use.
I expect that the contract laboratory will provide the sampling supplies once they are on board.
