Attached is the raw DENR Collection spreadsheet for this month. Staff will need to indicate
in the Comments column whether or not the case should be forwarded for penalty recovery for
those cases that have not been referred to collections (date present for event type
CbLLection Memo Sent). No responses needed for those cases already sent to collection. The
column titled Event Due Data is the 30 day response due date. For those cases moving to
collection, staff will need to verify and/or provide the contact information so collections
know where to send the notices.
Pleasereturn the completed spreadsheet to me by Tuesday, March 11th indicating those cases
that should be referred for penalty recovery.
