It looks like September 22nd would be the best day to meet so I propose we rneet or) the 22nd at 10 am. Since there is
not much parking downtown, I propose that: we meet: at: Oberlin Road if Dave can get us a conference roorn for that day
and time (Dave, can you check and get back with me? 'i'hanks).
I'll put together an agenda-- please send me any issues/chemicals/items that: you would like to discuss arnong out -
agencies.
I look forward to our meeting. It: will be a great opportunity for us to discuss hot topics and find ways to work together
to address issues of mutual concern.
Will, Honno—Jet me know if the 22"" works for you. We have a couple of alternate dates that will work as well (Sept .1..5

The DWQ has begun the 2010-2012 groundwater triennial review and will be incorporating the IMACs that we approve
over the next year as well as updating current 2L groundwater standards as needed. After talking with Ken about some
issues with IMACs, he suggested it might be a good idea for us to meet and touch base on chemicals that are of
particular public concern and ufconcern toour programs. K4ylist would include PFOAand Arsenic.
