We will have an ERC meeting on September 28th at 9:30. Air Toxics will be the main topic. How close are
you to having the ppt done? Can you give Jeff a couple of examples of the types of facilities that are subject to
the air toxics program, I already gave him the example of paper mills.

It's not official yet, but I think we'll be having an ERC meeting on Wednesday, September 28,
2011 at 9:30. The main (and possibly only) topic will be the air toxics program. I think we are
looking for DENR to provide an overview of the program — how it works, how it relates to
federal law, who it regulates, etc. I also want to touch base with the regulated community or
this. I know Preston Howard is interested in this issue. Who else falls under this regulatory
program? The utilities? Anyone else?
