SUBJECT: NPDES Inspections, Collections & Pretreatment 2012-2013
Attached is the following assignments for inspections that are required to be completed
by September 30, 2013.
All inspection reports should be mailed to the permittee within 30 calendar days and
should be placed in my box for review. For these inspections add me as the reviewer or
secondary inspector in the BIMS report. Mark (NPDES), Hughie (Collections), Dale
(Pretreatment) will continue tracking these inspections and submit updates to me
monthly.
