Attached please find the aquatic toxicity testing requirement for 2011-2012.
Please note that our monitoring requirement has changed. VVeare now requiring that each region monitor 1OY6ofits
major facilities and SY6ofits minor facilities for 2011'2012vvith the goal of monitoring all major facilities in a 10-year
period. A minimum of5%ofmajor facilities tested in 2011'2012 must produce valid results.
Test schedule restrictions for 2011-2012 and lists of major permit holders by region are included.
