Enclosed, please find the aquatic toxicity testing update for the 3rd quarter of the 2010-2011 federal fiscal year.
ATU would like to emphasize our goal of monitoring all major permits within a S year period. We are requesting that
your efforts focus on submitting for testing those facilities that have not been tested in the past 5 years.
Modifications have been made to the Major Permitted Facilities list to assist in this effort. The modified list presents the
testing completed for the 2010-2011 federal fiscal year and also details the most recent test date that AJU has on record
for each major facility inyour region. Facilities that have not been tested in the past 5years have been highlighted for
easy reference.
