As the telephone voice mail z left you indicated' DuPont would like to meet
with owV personnel to discuss a proposal for addressing the existing
earthen effluent channel after we remove our facility's final effluent from
said effluent channel.
DuPont personnel who will participate in the meeting are Don mccamish (cr'd
on this email)' Kyle smith, and myself.
The two dates we propose for this meeting are Monday, 3anuary lO. 201I and
Wednesday, 3anuary 12' ZOIl.
We anticipate the meeting lasting 60-90 minutes based on the number of
questions and comments from ow0.
Please check the schedules of personnel you would like to participate in
this meeting and the availability of a conference room at your location,
and then let us know the meeting's date and time. If neither of the above
dates are convenient for you, please propose other dates and times, and we
will confirm with you a mutually agreeable meeting time.
You can just respond to this email' and either Don or z will inform Kyle
for his travel plans.
