database and/or the DMR revealed that RNC/SNC thresholds not met. Some of these data were
updated in PCS prior to the final RNC run.
NC0021831 Beaufort: Dissolved Oxygen was reported on the DMR but was not keyed into
database. Data have been keyed and will be uploaded to PCS.
NC0020621 Boone: Facility uses U/V disinfection. 9/03 chlorine data was keyed with
"waiver" for each day.
NC0065102 Cary — South: Facility uses U/V disinfection; per latest permit is not required to
monitor for chlorine.
NC0025453 Clayton: Lead is no longer required to be monitored per most recent permit.

NC0025496 Lincolmon: This facility should return to "Resolved Pending" status during next
quarter. An amendment to their SOC was fully executed in January, which included an upfront
penalty for earlier violations.
NC0021873 Mayodan: Cadmium is not required to be monitored by terms of the most recent
permit.
NC0020575 Mount Olive: An SOC amendment was signed on September 21, 2001. We'll try
to get SOC information updated in PCS (among other upload issues).
NC0025348 New Bern: All compliance schedule dates were met and the SOC was rescinded
upon the request of the City on July 29, 2003. A $12,000 stipulated penalty was collected for
violations of SOC limitations.

NC0025241 OWASA: TSS is reported on the DMRs; however, the computer system was not
set up to receive the TS S data. Problem has been resolved with 11/03 data; we'll be working on
