Thanks to Tom oelnick's amazingly quick review (Yeah Tom!)' he discovered that z had attached the wrong
spreadsheets to my first e-mail. That "haste makes waste" adage is unfortunately true.
Here are the correct spreadsheets which show the individual permits which x0 has deemed to be backlogged.
Because these lists are significantly shnrter, it should be quite a bit easier to quickly skim through
them.

Oh my! it looks like EPA ml took the backlog snapshot of Region 4
States precisely on September 30' 2010. with the year end rush' some
of you may not have finished entering last minute issued individual permits into zczs/pcs at that time.
Since z *ant each state to look their best in this end -of -year snapshot' please skim through the attached
list of individual permits which ml has deemed to be backlogged. If you see any permits which were
issued on or before September 30' 2010' please let me know. z have an opportunity
this week to photoshup any excess backlog weight from our picture. : )
If you'll get back to me by COB on Wednesday, October 20, I'll make the changes with HQ.

Please find attached the first draft Permit status Reports for Tribal and mnnrribal aacklng, as well as
the list of total permits counted as part of this universe and backlogged permits from that list. I'll
also be sending the individual state data to xl, n8, and n10 states. please let me know if you'd like
your states added to this list.
These % current numbers will be loaded into ACs tomorrow, but there is still plenty of time to change
them if any major corrections/updates are needed.
The lists were created using data pulled from zczs/rcs and pmos at the end of the day on 9/30/20I0.
Please look at the summary Report tab for % current numbers to be loaded into ACs , then the Major
Report, minor Report, and oPcp Report for more detail if desired.

Please contact me with any changes before COB 10121110.
