Thanks. I received an email from Benne Hutson also wanting to know how many comments had been received. Unless
there is a pile in my inbox outside my office or on my desk, Mr. Vogels is the only one. That is so sad considering the timt.
and expense that's gone into this effort.

You have been having an exciting dayl Still think 1. and 2. ug/L. are not: exceptionally different ender the circumstance..
but, all good ..
On another note: Mr Mark Vogel (spelling?) called - he wanted to know how many comments you rec'd from the GW
rule proposals. I told him that I was not sure, but, that I knew that you rec'd one before you went to California. (die said
that: was likely his - I knew it was) He will be calling you tomorrow - I requested that he call after lunch to allow time for
you to .scan through the e-mails rec'd for any potential comments, He said that would work_

monkey). Interestingly, they came up with 0.9 ug/L using Minnesota's HRL by adjusting the DW Intake from 3.5L
2L. Once they finalize the RA we can talk about what to do. I

Good Afternoon.
| have completed the changes tothe PFOARisk Assessment. The changes include:
* Addition to the Animal Studies — Developmental/Reproductive Section as suggested by Drs. Cunny, Kenyon
and Dorman (thank you toall for the comments)
* Editorial changes throughout for readability and completeness
* Reference check for completeness and accuracy
Given that the board has voted on and approved the IMAC developed in the risk assessment, I am hoping that all this
document needs isone more review and approval asamended. |donot anticipate that this needs further discussion at
the July meeting, unless someone has anobjection.
|twould befantastic if your reviews could be completed by Friday June 22, 2012 so that the risk assessment can be
finalized. After that, the next step is drafting a letter to DWQ with the recommendation, and posting the final risk
assessment onthe vvebpa8e which should beaccomplished byJuly l,IOlZ
Dr. Starr, please let me know if you have a different way in which this needs to proceed or any other concerns regarding
the completion ofthe PFOArisk assessment.
