FYI, Permits possibly impacted with a nitrates standard:
Out of 1250 Individual permits
288 Facilities discharge to WS-I, WS-II, WS-III, and WS-IV waters
25 are Large Muni's (7 have an IWC > 90%)
20 are Small Muni's (3 have an IWC > 90%)
109 are 100% Domestic (28 have an IWC > 90%)
64 Industrial (6 have an IWC > 90%)
218 possibly impacted (-17%) 44 have an IWC > 90%
8 are Groundwater remediation
62 are WTPs
70 not likely impacted
