z have attached an excel file of the pYIl priority permit Primary and
secondary candidate Lists. The primary candidate list will be uploaded
to pwms early next week (I'll email you once it has been uploaded). The
process of selection will be the same as for pY10. please see the
attached Priority Permit Background and Rules, as well as the ppms user
Guide. Priority Permit selections/additions to the list for pYlI are due
by coa 8/31/2010 and Commitments are due in Pwms by coe 9/50/2010.
Please don't forget that priority permits selected for rY10 and not
issued/terminated will roll over to the pvIl list unless you
de -prioritize them by letting me know the wrocs zo and reason for
de -prioritization.
There will be webinar trajnings held the week of O/Ih to explain the
Priority Permit selection and commitment process. You'll receive more
details on the trainings from Michael Moe. There will also be an
additional webinar training for General and Tribal Permits in pmos held
that week for those who missed the first set of trainings. please let me
know if you have any questions. Also, please let me know if you would
like me to contact the states in your Region directly.
I will be out of the office until 8/10, but will get back to you as
soon as z return. z am always happy to help, so let me know if there is
anything z can do to aid you in the selection and commitment process.
Thanks,
