In our last phone call you mentioned additional PFOA data would help PWS in evaluating the reclassification request for
the Cape Fear. Attached is the related data I got from Teresa Rodriguez. It shows there is plenty of data and Dupont
actually has to monitor for PFOA regularly now. It also shows that the upstream concentration is similar to the
downstream concentration which should allay some of the fears of PWS.
