Please see the No Exposure approval letter from September 2014 for Certification No. NCGNE1011. It appears that
NCG080679 was not rescinded when this No Exposure was approved, and bills continued to be paid. As a result,
NCG080679 continued to be renewed through the recent general permit renewal in early November. I have rescinded
COC No. NCG080679 as of today, based on the No Exposure exclusion that had been granted for this facility (please
see the screen shot below). Please disregard the renewal letter that you received for the NCG080000 stormwater
general permit for this site.
