I will plan on trying to get down there soon. In my experience, the majority of the denied and approved NEC's for this region were never changed for "in review" to active. I will make sure to put Transylvania high on the list after New Years and double check what we have on file. Isaiah L. From: Georgoulias, Bethany <bethany.georgoulias@ncdenr.gov> Sent: Thursday, December 20, 2018 1:02 PM To: Reed, Isaiah L Subject: Duplicate No Exposure Applications for Brevard Public Works Isaiah, I had a call from the town of Brevard today because they got a renewal letter for NCGO80679, which is a public works maintenance facility at 232 Cashiers Valley Rd in Brevard. They were confused by the renewal because they thought they had a No Exposure certification. It turns out they do. NCGNE1011 was issued in 2014. Before that, apparently they applied twice (NCGNE0782 and NCGNE0946), and those have stayed pending as "In Review' applications all this time. Also, NCG080679 was never rescinded. It's a little confusing because the address of the facility has since changed (911 EMS required change) from 405 Cashiers Vly Rd to 232 Cashiers Vly Rd. To clean this up, I was going to withdraw NCGNE0782 and NCGNE0946 in BIMS, and then rescind NCGO80679. Is this all consistent with what ARO has on record? Are these maybe a couple of open-ended ones that you had on your list to clean up? Thanks, Bethany Environmental Engineer Stonnwater Program, Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources N.C.
