Please replace the old pages of IUP CM-30 with the enclosed, and keep the old pages on file with current permit. All other pages of CM-30 remain in effect. Please review this permit carefully in order to meet all requirements. This IUP modification includes the addition of the EIGA building and permit limit changes for Cyanide, Lead and Zinc. Consistent with the provisions of§ 52.051 of the City's Sewer Use Ordinance,the terms and conditions of this permit are binding upon the industrial user.
