I'd already contacted you last week because you were one of the people who requested a COC on-line when our agency
was having server connection issues, so you may have already printed your COC. You were also on my list because there
had been fees owed that have since been applied and allowed us to renew the permit. I just wanted to make sure I
followed up on the original exchange regarding payment confirmation.
The renewal COC information has been revised and can now be obtained through this website:

Paul,
This COC was not renewed because there were overdue fees. (That's why the status shows up as "Expired" when you
type the number into the form). A letter was sent to Michael Coyle at the company in September. You can find a copy
of that letter on pages 17-18 of this document. We sent this letter to Michael because he was listed as the Owner
Affiliation. If that has changed, please let us know that there's been a change to the legally responsible individual.
Please contact Deborah Reese (copied above) about paying the overdue fees so we can renew the COC. Also, please
verify with her that we have the correct Billing Contact.
I am out of the office until next week, so if you can sort this out and have Deborah confirm payment of all overdue fees, I
can renew the COC and update the data on the website after I get back.
