Subject: RE: [External] Stormwater Draft Permit NCS000349
Bradley,
As discussed, my thoughts on their comment #2 is that they would continue with monthly monitoring for outfall #5 and
begin semi-annual monitoring for outfalls #7 and #9 upon issuance of the new permit. This was my intention with the
last sentence in the inspection summary of my compliance evaluation report although that may not have been clear to
them. Certainly, they would be able to revert back to semi-annual monitoring for outfall #5 upon getting three
consecutive monitoring results meeting the benchmarks. Likewise, they would need to comply with the Tier Two
monthly monitoring conditions for outfalls #7 and #9 should there be consecutive exceedances of the benchmark values.

Subject: FW: [External] Stormwater Draft Permit NCS000349
Mike,
My temp assignment has come to an end at this point, but I am still closing out a few things. I probably won't be in the
office but may be able to check email for the next few days as long as they still give me access. I think we can deal with
most of their commetns pretty easily except maybe #2. Send me an email with your thoughts and maybe I can go ahead
and make some adjustments and get the permit ready for staff to issue after the notice process is completed.
Thanks for all your help!
