as "Marshburn Tioad Site" for acceptance into the Express Review Frogram. This letter advises you that
your project will be accepted,inta the Express Review Program once the following items are received:
1) The fee of $><,2U0.Ofi made payable to the North Carolina Division of Water Quality (for twelve (12)
stream origin determinations};
2) Five (5) complete and collated copies of the most recent vGrsians oI'thc NRCS Soil Survey map and
the 1:24,000 TJSGS Topographic rzrap fox the sine, both with the property boundaries located; and
3} A vicinity map clearly marking the location of the site.
