Dear Sir(s):
Enclosed you will find the original and one copy of a completed "Stormwater Discharge
Monitoring Report" for Monitoring Period February 1, 2017 to July 31, 2017.
CL 11 exceeded the benchmark for solids. The upper limit being 100 mg/L, and the exceedance
was 203 mg/L in the month of May and 296 mg/L in the month of June. As a result, we fell under
Tier II. We have been sampling CL-11 once per month. Our last sample we collected in the
month of July was below the benchmark. We will continue to collect a sample every month, until
we have collected three consecutive samples in which the results are below the benchmark. There
was no flow from two of the outfalls, which were WRA and SS.

TSS of 13 mg/L. This is the third consecutive sample taken at CL 11, in which the TSS was
