Danaher Industrial Controls RECERIED/DENR/DWR 2100 West Broad Street Elizabethtown, NC 28337 NOV 2 6 2018 Water Resources SUBJECT: Compliance Inspection Report Permitting Section Danaher Specialty Products WWTP NPDES WW Permit No. NC0001121, Bladen County Dear Permittee: The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted a bioassay inspection of the Danaher Specialty Products WWTP on 9/04/2018. A whole Effluent Toxicity sample was collected at Outfall 004 from the Danaher Specialty Products WWTP on September 4, 2018 for use in an Acute Toxicity (Fathead Minnow 24-hour) test. This sample was sent to -the Division of Water Resources (Aquatic Toxicity) Laboratory in Raleigh, NC. The Whole Effluent Toxicity test resulted in "Pass" result. The test results indicated that the Outfall 004 Effluent would not be predicted to have water quality impacts on the receiving stream.
