NPDES WW Permit No. NC0001121, Bladen County
Dear Permittee:
The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted a bioassay inspection of the Danaher Specialty
Products WWTP on 9/04/2018. A whole Effluent Toxicity sample was collected at Outfall 004 from the Danaher
Specialty Products WWTP on September 4, 2018 for use in an Acute Toxicity (Fathead Minnow 24-hour) test. This
sample was sent to -the Division of Water Resources (Aquatic Toxicity) Laboratory in Raleigh, NC. The Whole Effluent
Toxicity test resulted in "Pass" result. The test results indicated that the Outfall 004 Effluent would not be predicted
to have water quality impacts on the receiving stream.
