1.  Along with this cover letter, we are uploading the initial submittal for the project as requested. 
2. Please find enclosed a revised sheet C‐400 that shows the proposed easements for all SCMs and 
for maintenance access.  
3. We have uploaded this cover letter and revised sheet C‐400.
