This inspection was conducted per request from Stan Cronland, the Vice President of Cronland Lumber Company, Inc., to rescind the
Certificate of Coverage for this site. Upon inspection, I noted that the facility does not appear to be in operation, but there are still
materials on site that are exposed to stormwater including saw dust, rail road ties, various scrap metals, and stockpiled wood. Because
these items have the potential to impact stormwater, I do not recommend rescission of CoC NCG210447.

This is a rescission request prompted by a letter we got back with an invoice that said the company is no longer
operating as of January 2018. If the MRO could verify, we will move forward with rescinding the permit.
