Subject: Glen Bridge Road Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project - PRP 47006

Dear Mr. Dorney:
Herewith is a copy of the Skyland quadrangle map depicting the locations of
perpendicular creek crossings for the above referenced sewer rehabilitation project. This
project is part of the District's effort to replace the deteriorating sewer lines within our
system. The project will include 2 creek crossings on an unnamed tributary stream to
Lake Julian. The combined linear footage of new DIP sewer line for these creek crossings
is approximately 40 linear feet. In this overall sewer rehabilitation project, approximately
2,130 linear feet of sewer line will be replaced.
Pursuant to General Water Quality Certification Number 3374, Condition No. 1, it is our
understanding that written concurrence from DWQ is not required since this project will
meet the conditions of certification 3374 and the appropriate conditions of Nationwide
Permit #12. Please allow this letter to serve as our notification of intention to proceed
with this project.
