4a. Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application:*
The wasting property currently contains ground cover plants and with low shrubs in places. It is bush -hogged a couple of times a year. The classification of the land use of the
immediate area is low-density. It is surrounded by areas mapped as cultivated land and southern yellow pine. Some of these areas have been since developed with low-density
development.

The driveway was placed at the narrowest side of the wetland. Front load garage was attempted, but the required above ground septic system would
not allow. Driveway was moved to a sideload and driveway placed in the portion of wetland area with the minimal impact, leaving a wetland area
directly adjacent to the property line.

Driveway is proposed with the minimal 1:3 sideslope.
