In my last report in 2016, 1 discussed with Rob Cottle to rescind the 323 permit. However, in 4/22/2009 Linda Willis has a comment in the Analytical monitoring section of her report noting confusion of the permit numbers and sites. In 2010, Willis noted that no application has been submitted for the Yellow Cut facility. All her reports were done under 276. In November of 2016, we issued ROS to 323 for outfalls on Yellow Cut Road. I think 276 should be rescinded and go forward with 323. — We will rescind NCG060276. — NCG060323 is scheduled to renew and we will let this one move forward. Just curious, for this one in the 2016 inspection summary in BIMS it says there is no processing and indicates that a permit may not be needed? NCG080685 The Castle Street needs to be rescinded and a NO1 submitted for their new facility. I spoke to the Megan Matheny, Deputy Director, to explain this. I will be writing a report and letters. — We can handle the rescission of NCG080685 and will let you work with them to get an NOI submitted for the new location. Ncg210176 Timberlane, yes, the regional office replied to the permittee. I visited the site yesterday and there are additional logs. They were comfortable maintaining the permit for use as log storage. — We will prepare a denial letter for the rescission request on this one. I know there is a lot to catch up from after the storm. I hope neither of you had too many problems yourselves with the storm. I just wanted to touch base on a few pending rescission requests. I realize that there are probably a lot of other things to catch up on right now in your region, when you can, please give us an update on these. Brian — any update on this request. I'm not sure if there was any discussion about their permit coverage at the earlier inspection in 2016? Hasn't been inspected sinc Cape Fear Public New 2009. Last two fees NCG080685 Transportation Wave Bus Wilmington 5/23/2018 5/23/2018 unpaid. Closed in 2015. TI Depot -Castle Street Hanover indicate their new facility f permit? Their request indicates that they have permit coverage at a new location, but there isn't another NCG08 in BIMS for them. There is a pendin exposure request from 2015 (NCGNE1103) that may be what they are referring to. The No -Exposure app has an inspection in BIMS from 201 indicates potential issues with leaks in parking areas and an AST in fueling area. It is unclear if the issues with this location were communical them or what the status of the NCGNE request is. Pleas let us know what action should be taken on the NCGO80685 rescission request. Alsc final action been taken by the region on the NCGNE1103 request? If this can't be granted due to exposure then they need to apply for NCGC coverage. Has the region responded to the permitee this? If this is still an issue for the site we can send them a denial of the rescission and tell them to maintain the permit.
