I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Aquilino Brumo Backyard project, which proposes to fill
0.09 acre of wetland and culvert 94 ft of an unnamed tributary to Smith Mill Creek in Buncombe County. Wild
trout should not be impacted by this project, and a moratorium does not need to be observed. Thank you for
allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
