Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Hi Bradley, I was with James when we realized how Charlotte Pipe has been conducting their analytical monitoring, and I have pretty significant concerns about the validity of all their historical self -monitoring data. Particularly for two of the outfalls, I think stormwater from their property represented a small percentage of the total quantity of flow where they were sampling, so I think additional data is needed before potentially dropping parameters from the new permit. It looks like this should be cleared up with new monitoring and updated outfalls. For the other three sites, I wasn't able to attend the permit review visit with James, but I'm familiar with the sites and didn't have any comments on the renewal. It looks like you have communicated directly with them and they are going to email you the results. Could you forward the results to us when you get them. Also, do you feel that these four outfalls will be the ones they should be monitoring? If so, we will need to get locations for the outfalls (lat/Long) so we can update the outfalls in BIMS.
