On 10 February 2006, this office received your request for additional information for
Mr. & Mrs. Van Damme's property at 1113 Bonito Lane in Carolina Beach (DWQ Project #
06-0105). It has come to our attention that these clients no longer wish to pursue a
permit to fill jurisdictional waters. Therefore, I formally request you consider
