Dear Mr.Nichols:
The Division is in receipt of your Engineering Alternatives Analysis for expansion of your facility during
the permit renewal period. To enable us to complete our review in accordance with N.C.G.S. 143-215.1
and 15A NCAC 2H.0105,please provide additional or revised information to address the following
comments:
1. Please submit a new application,EPA Form 2A,requesting renewal with expansion to include the
correction of the deficiencies noted in the April 17,2018 letter requesting additional information
for your permit renewal application originally dated May 24,2016.To help you expedite the
resubmittal of the application,Part E Toxicity Testing Data may be completed by using section
E.4. in lieu of filling out section E.2. again.
2. No additional fee is required for a permit modification for expansion since the facility's original
application is still under review
If no response is received within 60 calendar days [per 15A NCAC 211.0107(b)],the project will be
deactivated and withdrawn from our review process and the documents recycled. If you have any
