The State requires the Division of Water Resources to inspect these types of systems every five years. The inspection revealed that there is most likely no discharge coming from this house, as it is abandoned. Vegetation has overgrown the yard, making Miss Park unable to walk up to the house or stream. The house number on the house is 296, although the parcel identifies the property as 269. Miss Park tried to contact you, but we do not have a current phone number on file. Please contact Miss Park so that this can be updated. Failure to properly operate and maintain the system can result in expensive repair costs as well as failure of the system to properly treat the wastewater. If you have any questions regarding maintenance, operations, the permit, or this inspection do not hesitate to call us.
