SUBJECT: Notice of Violation: NOV-2018-DV-0268 RECE v D/®E�FtI®V�1R Sanitary Sewer Overflows —August 2018 Facility: Asheboro Collection System OCT 1.7 2018 Permit No. WQCS00025 ces Owner: City of Asheboro Water ReSSect ore County: Randolph Permitting Dear Mr. Ogburn: A review has been conducted of the Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) 5-Day Report(s) submitted by the City of Asheboro for the month of August 2018. This review has shown the City of Asheboro to be in violation of the requirements found in the WQCS00025 collection system permit and/or North Carolina General Statute 143.215.1(a)(1).
