hereby grant, freely and without coercion, the right of access and enhy to said property to
Environmental Services, Inc., including but not limited to its employees, contractors,
subcontractors and any applicable regulatory agency personnel, for the purpose of
environmental, ecological, or archaeological assessments.
This access agreement is effective upon signature and shall remain in effect until such time as
assessment activities are completed, including any ancillary activities associated with said
activities.
Environmental Services, Inc. is also granted the right to act as my authorized agent for the
purposes of conducting a site review, submitting any permit applications, and any future
consultation with regulatory agencies.
For the consideration and purposes set forth herein, I/We hereby acknowledge, accept and agree
to the terms of the Right of Entry & Agent Authorization Agreement as evidenced by my dated
signature below.
