Hi Andy,

I apologize for the confusion of getting an invoice after submitting a rescission request. Our files do show that we
received your request and initiated the review process with the Regional Office. Unfortunately, that’s where the
communication stops; and it’s my assumption that the RO hasn’t yet made it out to conduct a site inspection of your
facility. I will contact the RO again. If your rescission request is approved, you will not be responsible for the 2018
renewal fee. However, the 2017 renewal fee is still overdue and will need to be paid before anything can be processed.
