Clement Clevon Woods Association 756 West King St Boone, NC 28607 SUBJECT: Compliance Evaluation Inspection Art Plaza WWTP NPDES Permit No. NC0070408 Watauga County •t Dear Mr. Clement, Kelli Park and Gary Hudson, of this office, met with you on August 1st, 2018, and then performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection on the proposed Art Plaza wastewater treatment system on August 2nd, 2018. The attached Environmental Protection Agency inspection form notes the areas that were evaluated for this inspection. The findings and observations are outlined below: I. Permit The NPDES permit expired on September 30, 2017. A permit renewal application was received by the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) on May 8, 2017. The NCDEQ Compliance and Expedited Permitting Unit sent you a request for additional information on December 14, 2017. Please reference this letter for guidance on the renewal process. II. Facility Site Review Miss Park and Mr. Hudson confirmed during the visit on August 2nd that the facility has not been built yet. There are some used package plant parts being stored on top of the site.
