Subject: FW: DWR#18-0504 Clydesdale S/D
All - Here is the NCDEQ-DWR Water Quality Certification. It is half the permit. The other half will be from the Corps.
Should be forthcoming.
There are a few requirements in this permit that you should be aware of:
1) Notify the DEQ-DWR Mooresville Office once construction has commenced;
2) Provide the Stormwater Plan to DEQ-DWR if it has not been sent in already;
3) Upon completion of the project submit "Certificate of Completion" form to DEQ-DWR 15A NCAC 02H
0507(c) to Mooresville Office (address in permit).
There are several construction conditions that the contractor will need to follow otherwise it is a clean permit. I will send
the Corps NWP to you as soon as I receive it. Let me know if you have any questions.
