This certification is being issued to modify Attachment A to add the Mebane Wastewater Treatment )dant as a source of residuals. Please note that to apply all of the permitted dry tons (5,000) will require a permit modification to annex additional fields that will serve to supplement the currently permitted acreage (889.3 acres). .Since all of the permitted fields may not be available for use every year, care must be taken to assure there are sufficient lands available for the generated residuals. Please replace the existing Attachment A of Pgrmit No. WQ0034195 that was previously certified on February 25, 2011, with this modified Attachment A. This modified Attachment A shall be effective from the date of certification; shall void Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0034195 that was previously certified on February 25, 2011; and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein as well as those specified in the above - referenced permit.
