The corrections to the Attachment A are as follows: 1. In PPI 001, BOD5 (00310) has been replaced with Carbonaceous BOD (80082) to remain consistent with the Permittee's monitoring requirement for its NPDES Permit NC0025241. 2. In PPIs 002 and 003, the footnote has been corrected to note Conditions IV A. and IV.5. Please replace the Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0031506 issued December 29, 2016 with the enclosed corrected Attachment A.
