The following corrections have been made to the Attachment A: 1. The effluent monitoring frequency for pH was mistakenly listed as "3Xyear" instead of the low regular "5Xweek", hence, the frequency is corrected. Please replace Attachment A of the permit No. WQ0030775 that was previously certified on March 14, 2013 with the corrected Attachment A.
