E. Impact Justification and Mitigation t^,
1. Avoidance and Minimization
1a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project:
The site was evaluated for feasibility of constructing a new single-family house that would fit in with the typical house size in the neighborhood. In order
to build the house and access it from Dunwell Ave., the site will need to be raised by 1-2'.
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques:
Silt fencing, temporary and permanent diversion ditches, and other best management practices will be used to prevent sediment from impacting the
neighbor's culvert. All disturbed areas will be seeded within seven days.
2. Compensatory Mitigation for Impacts to Waters of the U.S. or Waters of the State
2a. Does the project require Compensatory Mitigation for impacts to Waters of the U.S. or Waters of the State?
