No attachments are provided. Comments are that the Tar River at this location is designated a PNA and is
sturgeon critical habitat. Therefore a February 15 - September 30 moratorium should be observed OR the
applicant should place a turbidity curtain around the project area to minimize elevated turbidity levels in
adjacent waters.
