This letter is in reference to a Notice of Violation letter dated November 15, 2013 concerning non-payment
of the annual administering and compliance monitoring fees for years 2010, 2011, and 2012 for the subject
permit. You were informed in the letter that your permit would be revoked within 60 days unless the past
due annual administering and compliance monitoring fees were received within that period. The 60 day
period has past and we have not received your payment. Therefore your permit was revoked effective March
31, 2014.
Nothing in this letter should be taken as absolving you of the responsibility for civil penalty assessments for
past or future violations for operation of a non -discharge system and/or making a discharge to surface waters
without a valid permit. Please be advised that operating a non -discharge system without a permit will
subject the responsible party to enforcement action by the Division of Water Resources.
