Land Use is Residential; Project upgrades storm drainage within the Town Limits of Calypso; Permit is needed for maintenance of culvertss under 1 st
Street and 2nd Street at the headwaters of Dick's Branch. Branch is heavily deposited with sediment/debris, culvert is about 80% blocked.
