In accordance with an engineering certification received on January 10, 2008, and site visits conducted
on January 31, 2008 and February 26, 2008, we are forwarding herewith the corrected Permit No.
WQ0019907, issued May 10, 2007 for the subject facility.
The following corrections have been made to the permit:
I. Permit Condition 11.12 has been added indicating new surface irrigation setbacks from paragraph
(a) of Rule 15A NC.AC 02T .0506 for spray field 2A-1,
Please replace Permit No. WQ0019907 with the corrected Permit No. WQ0019907, issued May 10,
2007.
