Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject Surface Irrigation - SFR (Single Family
Residence) Permit. Staff from, the Mooresville Regional Office has confirmed that this Permit is no longer
required. Therefore, in accordance with your request, Surface Irrigation - SFR (Single Family Residence)
Permit No. WQ0015943 is rescinded, effective immediately,
If in the future, you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and receive a new
Surface Irrigation - SFR (Single Family Residence) Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid
Surface Irrigation - SFR (Single Family Residence) Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty
of up to $10,000 per day.
