In accordance with an email request received on November 1, 2005 from Mr. Robert Branch with Branch
Residuals & Soils, LLC. we are forwarding herewith a corrected Attachment A of Permit No.
WQ0013516, issued July 26, 2005, to the International Paper Company for the subject residuals land
application program.
The following correction has been made to Attachment A:
1. A footnote has been provided for the Roanoke Rapids Mill non-503 facility as follows:
Provided that the residuals generated from this residuals source -generating facility are not mixed
with any other residuals authorized by this permit, this facility shall be exempt from complying
with the performance standards stipulated in Condition L7. as well as the monitoring and
reporting requirements stipulated in Condition IHA.
Enclosed please find a revised Attachment A of the permit. Please replace Attachment A in Permit No.
WQ0013516, issued July 26, 2005 with the corrected Attachment A.
