Reference is made to Martin Morris's request for rescission of the subj ect Land Application of Residuals
(503) Permit. Staff from the Raleigh Regional Office has confirmed that this Permit is no longer required.
Therefore, in accordance with the request, Land Application of Residuals (503) Permit No. WQ0012514
is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future, you wish again to operate a non -discharge system., you must first apply for and receive a
new Land Application of Residuals (503) Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid Land
Application of Residuals (503) Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to
$25,000 per day.
